Because this client insisted I keep their existing hero image, I decided to integrate the ‘where does it hurt’ section into the hero to draw more attention to the CTAs. Our weekly meetings consisted of 4 to 5 stakeholders who all shared strong opinions on what they liked and didn’t like. Although challenging, I used their feedback to simplify the design where I could and highlight elements that were important to them. The resulting design was clean, professional and easy to navigate.
